From Route 495:
Take Exit 27, Rte
117 heading west travel about 4.5 miles and turn left onto Main St (Rte
70) in Lancaster. Travel about 2 miles and bear right onto Sterling Rd, go
about 1 mile and bear right at the fork. Eagle Ridge will be about 1 mile
on your right.
From Rte 2 and 190:
Take the Sterling
Rte 12 Exit off of Rte 190 and head South towards Sterling. Go about 1/4
mile and turn left onto Chocksett Rd. Follow to the end and turn left onto
Rte 62. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left onto Sterling Rd. Eagle Ridge will
be immediately on your left.
